Genuine Concern For Others, Inc. recognizes its need to align itself with other local and state human service organizations in support of common goals. Conversely, we also see a place to function as an incubator for others with like-minded vision, principles and priorities. Foodbank of Santa Barbara County is a non-profit organization that receives donated and surplus food from manufacturers, farmers, and local grocers and distributes these products to qualified social service agencies and churches that, in turn, provide food to those in need.
Adam's Angels is a compassionate service that connects community members in need with those who can help. Adams’s Angels delivers food, medicine and necessities to those at risk during difficult times. The Angels also collect and distribute clothing, protective equipment, and toiletries to the homeless; additionally any other community needs as they arise.
The Unity Shoppe is a non-profit organization that encourages self-sufficiency and independence by providing education and the necessities of life to families, children, seniors and persons with disabilities during periodic times of crisis.
